Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy ensures that you have the flexibility you need. While refunds are not available, if you need to cancel a session, just give us a 24-hour notice and we’ll offer you a reschedule date. *This policy does not apply to group sessions such as group tutoring or ACT prep sessions. Group sessions are not able to be refunded or rescheduled.
